Whether you’re into “woo woo” stuff or extremely logic based, this practice works… period. It’s a mix between woo woo and psychology, and it my own mix of affirmations, manifestation, but explained from a scientific perspective.
One of the most important steps for how to become confident in yourself is believing that the work you are doing will push you in the direction of your goals. Without this foundation… you cannot take daily actions towards hard things.
But if you believe your small actions will eventually get the result you want, you can take the actions… and the actions stack up to get results which builds confidence… and the cycle continues.
Just know that impostor syndrome is extremely normal, even among famous people and very successful entrepreneurs. Just remember, do NOT let it stop you from taking the actions you KNOW you need to take to build your business.
